- Facilitating valuable connections and engagement for alumni
- Helping fund priority needs by providing customized and diverse gift opportunities
Development and Alumni Relations Team
Nadina Deigh Nadina is a passionate and innovative development professional with proven success. Most recently, she led her School in the successful completion of its $33M, Campaign for Social Change Leadership. Nadina has over 15 years of Development and Alumni Relations experience, including Manager of Grants and Sponsorships for the Adventure Aquarium in Camden, NJ and Associate Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations and Sr. Associate Director of Alumni Affairs and Annual Giving at Wharton. Nadina also has worked in the private industry as assistant editor for an award-winning computer magazine; public relations associate for an international software company; and special projects coordinator for America's oldest African American newspaper. She earned a BA from Duke University and an MA from the University of Pennsylvania. |

Bart Miltenberger Bart Miltenberger, a Penn College of Arts and Sciences graduate with 12 years of Penn Development and Alumni Relations experience, secures major gift support for SP2. He also oversees the annual Class Giving Campaign, manages Corporate and Foundation relations, and is responsible for SP2’s stewardship. Prior to joining SP2, Bart worked in Penn’s Alumni Relations office where he worked directly with Penn alumni clubs and their alumni leaders. Outside of work, Bart is a trumpet player and a father of three boys. |

Timothy Wortham, Jr. Tim spearheads SP2's Annual Fund, which raises unrestricted support for the School, especially financial aid. He also manages alumni programming and the Alumni Council; an active group of SP2 alums who represent the voice of the alumni, encourage alumni support, and inform alumni about issues that advance the School's growth and development. Tim is matriculating at Eastern University and is an accomplished musician. |

Rose Bender In the newly created role of Communications and Public Relations Officer, Rose works in collaboration with SP2’s University media liaison. Together, they will promote and solidify SP2’s position as a recognized and influential leader in higher education across multiple audiences. Additionally, as SP2’s dedicated agent, Rose will execute a communications plan to heighten and enhance the School’s visibility, e.g. by expanding its footprint within the social media arena via dynamic Face book and Twitter campaigns. Rose’s past experience has included stints at the Franklin Institute, Greater Media Philadelphia’s WMGK 102.9 radio station, and Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. She earned a BSBA from Drexel University with a focus in Marketing and Communications. |

Theresa Convery Theresa conducts frontline customer service for various members of the SP2 community. She is responsible for the coordination of all administrative office procedures for the SP2 Development Team, including gift processing. She serves as lead project coordinator for SP2’s Board of Overseer Meetings and Alumni Weekend activities. Theresa is familiar with both Penn and the Development and Alumni Affairs landscape previously working in Wharton’s Office of External Affairs where she served under the tutelage of two Associate Deans of Development and Alumni Relations. |
