Lutheran Settlement House: Director for the Jane Addams Place Emergency Homeless Shelter. Lutheran Settlement House/Jane Addams Place serves 29 homeless women and their children, providing comprehensive case management and a full range of services designed to help homeless families regain and sustain self-sufficiency. The Homeless Services Director is responsible for the operation of Jane Addams place: professional and technical leadership; implementation of policies and procedures; budget management; development activities; liaison with outside agencies including the City’s Office of Supportive Housing; and oversight of all aspects of the program. Opportunities Industrialization Centers of America: Healthy Relationship Program Educator / Trainer. This position will deliver effective healthy relationship program instruction to high school youth utilizing “Keys to a Healthy Relationship” curriculum and other supplemental material; assist Project Coordinator and Lead Educator with program coordination tasks; and provide group and healthy relationship education services for participants and families of the Healthy Relationship Education and Awareness Program. Opportunities Industrialization Centers of America: Project Coordinator/Program Monitor. This position is within OICA’s the Strengthening Communities Fund (SCF) Nonprofit Capacity Building Project. They will design and manage a broad range of capacity-building activities & strategies including providing financial and technical assistance to secular and faith-based neighborhood partner organizations in target areas, and strengthening and implementing partnerships among these organizations through training and professional development opportunities.
