Nov 19: Philadelphia Out-of-School Time Resource Fair. In lieu of a Peer Networking Meeting this month, come network with vendors and people who work with youth programs at the Resource Fair. Register now for this free opportunity. The OSTRC will be hosting a city-wide resource fair at the Free Library of Philadelphia. The fair will showcase vendors, agencies, and services of interest to the OST community as well as amazing raffle prizes.
