Dr. Seltzer is a professor of human development and behavior.

  • She teaches in two schools at University of Pennsylvania, graduate and undergraduate.
  • She is the author of two books on adolescent psychological growth, including original theory on the developmental significance of peers in one another's psychological growth.
  • She developed an original model of Irregularities in Adolescent Development, Diagnostic Instruments, and Peer Arena Therapy.
