Jessica Leavitt is the US Card Diversity and Inclusion Lead for Capital One. In this role, she develops internal and external strategies that extend hiring opportunities to nontraditional and underrepresented talent, while also cultivating a culture of inclusion in which all talent can thrive and grow. She leads customer, community and associate facing campaigns and programs that position Capital One as a diverse and inclusive employer.
Prior to this role, Jessica was a Community Affairs Manager at Capital One, responsible for corporate grantmaking and volunteer engagement for much of Capital One’s Northeastern Region as well as for the national team.

The curriculum infused experiential learning into the core of its programming which helped me to learn by doing – I was able to fail safely, learn from people very different from me and practice leading and learning with humility.
