Julian Quiros is from Mamaroneck, New York and graduated Cum Laude from the University of Pittsburgh with a BA in Sociology. While at the University of Pittsburgh, Julian interned in the Bronx, New York with lawyer and community activist Ramón Jiménez, as well as interning with a construction coalition which assisted minorities and the formerly incarcerated obtain gainful employment. Following his time at Pitt, Julian earned a Master of Science in Social Policy and Certificate in Data Analytics from the University of Pennsylvania. While completing his MSSP+DA at SP2, Julian interned with Philadelphia Department of Human Services in their department of Performance Management and Technology. Upon graduation, Julian returned to Philadelphia DHS and is currently a Data and Program Evaluation Assistant with PMT.
