Rachel Yoder

Rachel Yoder, MSW

Rachel Yoder is the Director of Organizational Learning and Community Life at Project HOME, a non-profit organization that provides housing, opportunities for employment, medical care, and education to individuals experiencing homelessness in Philadelphia. In this role, she leads teams that were created to deepen and enhance a healthy and brave organizational culture, build the organizational training program, develop internal capacity building efforts, and strengthen internal communication. She also works to develop high-impact projects and new initiatives. Rachel supports relationships with external allies and plays an active role in several community-level planning efforts in Philadelphia.

Rachel holds a Master of Social Work with a macro concentration from the University of Pennsylvania School of Social Policy and Practice. She currently serves as a Field Liaison for Advanced Macro Practice
