Zoe’s extensive administrative experiences include working with undergraduate, Masters, and PhD students, as well serving as Assistant to multiple Chairs, over the course of her time at Penn.
Zoe will assist Dr. Femida Handy with the PhD in Social Welfare. Working with graduate students from admission to course registration, making sure students meet their requirements including all exams in the required time frame, and finally assisting students through the process of defending and depositing their dissertation. Additionally, Zoe will work with students, the registrar, the business office, and the Graduate Dean’s Office as needed to ensure students are on track with coursework, meeting all funding needs, and information is shared between the department and administration.
