Erica Glazer is the Field Education Administrator for the School of Social Policy & Practice at the University of Pennsylvania. In this role, Erica oversees the Field Office’s use of Sonia, software designed to efficiently manage the field placement process. Erica began working at SP2 in 2017 as a Field Liaison in the MSW Program. She remains a Liaison and continues to be energized by helping to shape future generations of knowledgeable, committed, creative social workers. While at Penn, Erica has also worked as a Research Project Coordinator for a qualitative study focused on the intersection of pregnancy, substance use, incarceration, and community return.

Erica is a Licensed Social Worker with extensive experience providing trauma-informed clinical services and administrative leadership in non-profit organizations dedicated to supporting those who have experienced intimate partner violence, sexual assault, homelessness, and grief and loss. Erica received her BA in Psychology and Women/Gender Studies from Washington University in St. Louis and her MSW from Temple University in Philadelphia.
