Erin Coltrera, LSW, MSW, MSSP

  • Erin Coltrera, LSW, MSW, MSSP, received a Master of Social Work (’14) and Master of Science in Social Policy (’14) from the School of Social Policy and Practice at the University of Pennsylvania. She is a Part-Time Lecturer at SP2. Erin previously worked on the Stockton Economic Empowerment Demonstration (SEED), the nation’s first mayor-led guaranteed income pilot, as the Research and Program Officer.

    Prior to her work in guaranteed income, Erin worked at the Support Center for Child Advocates (SCCA) in Philadelphia. While there, she helped develop statewide child welfare policies and procedures and also co-authored the Advocacy and Legal Services section for the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services’ human trafficking manual. During her tenure at SCCA, Erin provided guidance for the development and execution of agency policy and positions involving child survivors of trafficking, performed policy and legislation analysis, and worked to advance SCCA initiatives and advocacy objectives related to anti-trafficking.
