Katie Barghaus is a senior research associate at the Graduate School of Education at the University of Pennsylvania. As a member of the AISP team, Katie contributes to the Educational Well-being of Children in Assisted Housing Programs project. Katie earned her PhD from the Quantitative Methods program at UPenn’s Graduate School of Education where she was also an Institute of Education Sciences Pre-Doctoral Fellow.
