Tooma H. Zaghloul, MUP
Tooma serves as a Lead Research Analyst at the Center for Guaranteed Income Research (CGIR) at the University of Pennsylvania. They studied Architectural Engineering at the Hashemite University in Zarqa, Jordan before receiving their master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2018 with concentrations in Transnational Planning and Community Development for Social Justice. Their research focuses on the interplay between the concept of “resilience” and the practices of resistance within refugee and refugee-like communities.
