Wireless at Penn
This will allow you to connect your devices to Penn’s wifi networks.

Two-Step Verification
Two-Step Verification provides an added layer of protection when accessing PennKey-protected websites and applications.

Online Directory
This is used to look up Penn affiliates or to update personal contact information.

Secure Share
Secure Share is a web-based application for secure file exchange available to Penn faculty, staff, and students.

Penn+Box is a cloud-based collaboration service for securely managing and sharing files and folders within the Penn community and externally

Supported Products
These software products, including virus protection, are available to anyone in the Penn community.

Zoom is a web conferencing & class recording tool.

Canvas is an online system for teaching and learning.

Panopto is a video creation and storage platform tool.

Poll Everywhere
Poll Everywhere is a web based polling tool.

Qualtrics is an online service for creating and administering surveys.

Library Proxy
This is needed for off campus access to certain library resources.

Microsoft OneDrive
Microsoft OneDrive is a cloud-based collaboration service for securely managing and sharing files and folders.

SP2 maintains a computer lab in Caster A-18 consisting of 15 computers, digital projector, speakers, large dry erase board, and a networked printer. The student lounge in Caster C-5 provides two computers and a networked printer. Pennkey credentials are used to access the computers.  Please note that student printing in Caster is restricted to SP2 students only. Installed software includes:

  • Office
  • SPSS
  • Nvivo
  • SAS
  • ArcGIS

The computer lab will be reserved at times for classes or exams. To reserve the computer lab please email SP2’s registrar at
